How much is shipping?

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada on orders of $150 or more. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate of $30.

Are prices shown before tax?

Yes. Prices are shown before HST, and the tax is added at checkout.

How do I order a size or colour?

On the product page, type the size or colour in the Order note box before you add the product to your cart. You can also add notes to your whole order at checkout. If you’re not sure which size you need, contact us.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit or debit card, or with PayPal. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account at checkout to see your past orders and reorder faster.

Can I get a better price on a large order?

Yes. For case quantities or a long product list, send us your list through the contact page. We reply to quote requests within 24 hours.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within four working days of delivery so we can fix it.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Contact us first for a Returns Authorization Number and write it on the parcel. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

Do you have documents for food-safety audits?

Yes. For many products we can provide spec sheets, safety data sheets (SDS), letters of guarantee and traceability information. Ask us when you order.
